Maybe I Have provides plain-language guides, program information, educational resources, and optional email and SMS updates directly to consumers through its website. Maybe I Have provides its own informational resources and customer support directly through its website. Maybe I Have is not a government agency, is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency, does not determine eligibility for any program, and does not distribute benefits.

2. Accepting these terms

By using this website or signing up for updates, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You must be at least 18 years old to sign up for updates.

There is no cost to use Maybe I Have and no obligation to purchase anything. Your mobile carrier's message and data rates may apply to text messages.

Text messages are sent only if you check one or both of the separate, optional SMS consent boxes on our sign-up form, and are governed by our SMS Terms, which are part of these terms. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase or of using this website. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Service provider

In order to fulfill your request, Maybe I Have may use contracted service providers, which act solely on Maybe I Have's behalf and at Maybe I Have's direction, for the sole purpose of facilitating the delivery of communications you have consented to receive. These service providers operate under strict contractual obligations to process your data only as directed by Maybe I Have and in accordance with this Agreement. Your personal information will not be sold, rented, leased, or otherwise disclosed to any unaffiliated third parties for independent marketing purposes.
