SMS Terms | Maybe I Have

These terms govern the Maybe I Have SMS Program. Maybe I Have is a brand of DirectPoint Media LLC, 1408 E 13th St, Cheyenne, WY 82001. By opting in to text messages on this website you agree to these SMS Terms along with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Message categories

The program sends two categories of SMS/MMS messages. Each has its own separate, optional opt-in box on our sign-up form:

Account notification messages: sign-up confirmations, preference changes and program notices about your Maybe I Have sign-up.
Marketing and promotional messages: new guide announcements, program information updates and promotional messages, sent only if you check the separate marketing box.

Checking one box never enrolls you in the other. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase or of using this website. When you opt in, we send one confirmation message; reply YES to confirm. You must be 18 or older and the account holder or an authorized user of the number you provide.

2. Frequency and rates

Message frequency varies.

3. Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. One final confirmation message may be sent. Replying STOP to a marketing message ends marketing messages; you can end all messages at any time. You can also email [email protected].

5. Your opt-in data

SMS opt-in and consent: your mobile phone number, text-messaging originator opt-in data, and consent status will never be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

In order to fulfill your request, Maybe I Have may use contracted service providers, which act solely on Maybe I Have's behalf and at Maybe I Have's direction, for the sole purpose of facilitating the delivery of communications you have consented to receive. These service providers operate under strict contractual obligations to process your data only as directed by Maybe I Have and in accordance with this Agreement. Your personal information will not be sold, rented, leased, or otherwise disclosed to any unaffiliated third parties for independent marketing purposes.

6. Carriers

Carriers (e.g., AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms. Changes are posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
